Earn your ICF credential with mentoring that truly hears your coaching.
10 hours of ICF-compliant mentor coaching: 7 group and 3 individual sessions over at least three months. Specialized mentor coaches listen to your recorded sessions, name what you already do well, and show you exactly what the next level sounds like.

Coaches preparing for their ICF credential, at every level
ICF requires 10 hours of mentor coaching with a specialized mentor coach for credential applications. ROSHD turns that requirement into real, measurable growth in your coaching.
Build a solid foundation: clear session agreements, genuine presence, and open questions that let your client lead.
Master the 37 PCC Markers: coaching the whole person (the who) as well as the topic (the what), and partnering on learning and action.
Refine mastery: full client partnership, holistic listening across many dimensions, and succinct questions that spark new insight.
Four stages from agreement to credential-ready
Agreement & goals
We clarify the credential level you are working toward, your measures of success, and the ICF Code of Ethics that frames everything we do.

Live on Zoom with a small cohort: the 2025 ICF Core Competencies in depth, what assessors listen for, observed practice and peer learning.
3 individual reviews
Your recorded coaching sessions, one at a time, assessed against the ICF markers for your level, with specific verbal and written feedback between each.
Credential-ready
A final competency review of your growth and next steps, and confirmation of your 10 mentoring hours to ICF for your application.
Everything you need to meet ICF's requirements
Built on ICF's current standards: the 2025 Core Competencies and the Minimum Skills Requirements for ACC, PCC and MCC.

Frequently asked
Does this meet ICF's mentor coaching requirement?
Yes. The program provides 10 hours of mentor coaching, at least 3 of them one-to-one, over a minimum of three months, with a specialized mentor coach.
Does it guarantee I will receive my credential?
No mentor can guarantee a credential, and ICF standards do not allow it. What we promise is precise, marker-based feedback and a clear path to the level you are applying for.
What do I need for the individual reviews?
A recording of a real coaching session with your client's consent, plus a transcript. We review one session at a time, with feedback before the next.
What if I miss a session?
Individual sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Group sessions continue as scheduled with the cohort.
Which language is the program in?
Sessions and resources are available in Arabic and English.
