Description
Get credential-ready with mentoring that hears your coaching
ICF requires 10 hours of mentor coaching for your credential application. ROSHD turns that requirement into real growth. Specialized mentor coaches listen to your recorded sessions, name what you already do well, and show you exactly what the next level sounds like.
How the 10 hours work
- Session 1: ICF credential requirements and your goals
- Session 2: The ICF Code of Ethics in practice
- Session 3: Competencies 3 & 8: agreements and client growth
- Session 4: Competency 4: trust and safety
- Session 5: Competency 5: presence
- Session 6: Competency 6: active listening
- Session 7: Competency 7: evoking awareness
- Sessions 8–10: Three one-to-one reviews of your recorded coaching sessions, with verbal and written feedback
Sessions 1–7 are small-group sessions on Zoom. Sessions 8–10 are individual.
