Our commitment to your leadership does not stop at the assessment or your executive coaching engagement. We support you the way we support your team because we can support both of you. We like to coach you on how to coach your team, practically bringing the skills to your leadership tools by showing you how they are done as we coach your team. We have been doing this work for over a year. We meet with you and your team once a month in person or online for 3 hours. We use several frameworks but, most importantly, base our engagement on the 6 Team Conditions. We also use the TDS as a tool when needed.
The quoted price includes the assessment. We must run the tool at least once so we can measure your ROI and show you how this brings results over the year and beyond.
