Coaching Supervision Agreement

1. The agreement

This agreement is between Global Talent Academy LLC, represented by your coaching supervisor, and you, the supervisee. It covers the coaching supervision sessions you purchase (a group session, an individual session or a package of 6 individual sessions), from the date of purchase until your last purchased session is completed.

2. What coaching supervision is

Coaching supervision “is the interaction that occurs when a coach periodically brings his or her coaching work experiences to a coaching supervisor in order to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach and his or her clients.” (ICF)

The four core tasks of coaching supervision are:

• Assuring the professionalism, integrity and ethical practice of the supervisee.
• The personal and professional learning and development of the supervisee.
• The rest, refuelling and restoration of the supervisee.
• Celebrating and honouring the work of the supervisee.

3. As the supervisee, you agree to

• Bring real problems, questions and issues, and come prepared for supervision.
• Share openly the experiences, mistakes, hopes and fears that arise from your coaching.
• Recognise that attention is given to process, feelings and relationships as well as content.
• Give open and timely feedback to your supervisor at any time.
• Keep notes of your supervision sessions according to your own needs.
• Allow sessions to be recorded for the supervisor's development.

4. As your supervisor, we will

• Manage the process, including the format and timing of sessions.
• Provide a safe space for reflection.
• Ask for your feedback regularly.
• Treat all interactions with the utmost confidentiality.

5. Together we agree to

• Abide by the ICF and EMCC codes of ethics in all aspects of this agreement, avoid any potential conflict of interest, and discuss openly how to handle any conflict that arises.
• Follow the session plan and logistics as mutually agreed. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice.
• Keep all documentation as needed and agreed, and maintain confidentiality throughout the process.
• Honour the financial terms of this agreement.

6. Fees

The fee is the price of the option you purchase on this website: group supervision $50 per session, individual supervision $100 per session, or a package of 6 individual sessions for $500.

7. Acceptance

By ticking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement. Your acceptance is recorded with your order.
